During many lifetime doctor’s visits, people are prescribed antibiotics.  While taking antibiotics, the immune system is left with only the Candida Albicans, which often leads to intestinal discomfort and worse.  A fine solution is to put probiotics back into your system through fermented milk products without sugar, such as Yogurt and Kefir. Other good sources are fermented cabbage(Saurkraut), soy sauce and miso.  Lots of Japanese restaurants offer miso soup.  Keep away from sugar, as it increases the Candida. The use of probiotics through probiotic supplement or foods rich in probiotics, you’ll increase the likelihood of a healthier lifestyle free from intestinal discomfort.

Probiotics help restore gut health in HIV patients

The country of Tanzania saw its first cases of HIV/AIDS in 1983; today about 1.4 million people live with the disease.  A pilot project called Western Heads East (WHE) of the University of Western Ontario, Canada, sends university students to remote communities each year to educate local women on how to make yogurt with scientifically developed probiotics.  Studies indicate that probiotics can improve immune cell counts, alleviate diarrhea, and lower the risk of transmission in HIV positive people.
